Coaching

Coaching is much more than simply being given strategies or tips. It’s about working with you to understand your unique needs and challenges, in a safe and non-judgmental space filled with empathy and understanding.

Drawing on my training in counselling (Level 3) and ADHD coaching with ADDCA, I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience to support your journey. I am currently working towards PAAC and ICF accreditation.

Below are some examples of coaching packages you can choose from.
The most successful outcomes often come from an initial period of regular, consistent sessions that can then be built upon over time.

It’s so important to find a coach you truly connect with, which is why I strongly recommend booking a free discovery call to see if I’m the right fit for you. If not, I’ll happily recommend other qualified ADHD coaches who may be a better match.
